I’m not willing to pursue business growth at all costs - and I know you aren’t either. Yes, our work matters, but “at all costs”? No, thank you.

As we work together we’ll start by identifying your goals for both your life and your business. What are you working towards? What’s your dream regular ol’ day? Is it in alignment with what’s realistic and possible and God-honoring in your season of life? Is what you're picturing in your head going to be as wonderful as you’ve imagined it to be? Do your business goals align with your life goals and do they reflect your values? Or do we need to readjust your offerings or business structure to best accomplish your goals?

After we’ve established what you’re working towards, we’ll examine your capacity. What do you need your business to do for you - not what do you feel obligated to make it do? What financial goals are reasonable, attainable, and realistic given your capacity? As we work through these questions, and many more depending on your unique circumstances, we’ll begin to craft your business strategy, build or restructure your offerings, and create an implementation plan!

My goal is to support you through practical, solution-based advice based on my 8+ years of business experience so you can pursue your God-given goals with both intentionality and surrender!

Depending on how long you and I are working together I’ll walk you through the process of implementing your business strategy little by little with grace, weekly accountability, and lots of prayer!

Back Pocket Consulting is the perfect option for you if you’re tired of endlessly scrolling Google trying to sort out what advice is good, or bad, and what will apply to your business and your unique life circumstances.

Using Discord’s push-to-talk feature (along with many other helpful & FREE features) I’ll provide you with one-on-one consulting, ideation, and accountability as you work towards building a business that glorifies God and serves your people well!

I’ve spent the last 8+ years eagerly studying business. I enjoy it so much!!

I’ve read well over 60 business books and taken more business courses than anyone could ever need. I’ve been blessed with opportunities to implement what I’ve learned in a variety of different business models, and God has blessed each opportunity with incredible success and crushing failures. From handmade shops, online courses, service-based businesses, podcasts, women’s ministries, and even as a lead marketing manager for a non-profit organization.

Through it all God has shown me just how impactful business is on the world, on your community, and even on your family. Its ability to influence, persuade, and create impact is powerful! It’s undeniable.

It’s my mission to see more Christian entrepreneurs, like you, lead in that space with humility and intentionality. To see God’s name proclaimed in our homes, in our everyday work, in everyday conversations, and in the way we approach reaching our goals.

  • The application process allows me to get a better understanding of your specific needs so that I can be sure I can best serve you in your current season of life and business.

    My goal is to see you thriving in God the various callings God has blessed you with in all areas of your life! If for whatever reason I do not think I am the right consultant for you, I’ll point you to someone else who may be a better fit.

  • Absolutely, at checkout you’ll be able to select your payment plan.

    For most packages there is an option to pay in full and save 15% or to pay in two monthly installments. If you require a different payment plan just let me know in your application and I’ll see what I can do!

    There is a $50 non-refundable booking deposit for all consulting and mentorship appointments.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment time you can do so HERE or via the confirmation or reminder emails you’ll receive from me.

    If you reschedule your appointment within 24 of your appointment you’ll be charged a 30% rescheduling fee.

    If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This is in addition to the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.

  • Yep! They are in place to help you and I protect our time, honor our commitments, and provide an additional layer of accountability.

    RESCHEDULING FEE: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 of your appointment you’ll be charged a 30% rescheduling fee.

    CANCELLATION FEE: If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time or you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This is in addition to the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking.

    All canceling and rescheduling fees will not be waived under any circumstances.

  • A happy dance! Obviously.

    After I’ve approved your application you’ll get an email from me to read the contract, book your appointment time, and pay your non-refundable deposit. It’ll take about 15 minutes. 20 if you count the happy dancing.

    Afterwards, I’ll send over the business background questionnaire. This is a thorough form that will require your thought and time. Taking the time to complete the questionnaire well will allow you to get the most out of our time together! That way we can get straight to the heart of the matter.
