For years, I tied my worth to my work. I thought if I just worked harder, produced more, and stayed ahead, I’d finally feel confident in my calling. Instead, I burned out. I overworked to the point of underproducing. My creativity dried up. My family felt my constant striving. And I felt far from the Lord in the very work I thought He had called me to.
What I really needed was better foundations—for my home, my heart, and my faith. I needed deeper rest and deeper work.
Company Retreat was born out of that transformation.

With over 8 years of experience as a business mentor, strategist, and former nonprofit marketing director, I’ve helped dozens of writers, coaches, and entrepreneurs build businesses that bless their families and glorify God.
