In the first session we’ll create your action plan - identifying your KPIs (key performance indicators) and your DAIs (daily action items). Then we’ll create a strategic, actionable plan to help you reach them!
Teach session from there on out will be heavily accountability baed including deeper levels of strategy, implementation support, and one on one guidance to help brew a business of your dreams.

You’ll get a customized notion dash to help you track your KPIs and DAIs (we’ll establish these in your first session). I’ll include your session notes, weekly action items, and more. This will be our digital HQ for the next six months!

I keep thorough session notes for each strategy session, and I’ll include our Voxer chats in there to as applicable) so you can show up fully to each session and conversation and come back and review your notes for application.

Back-pocket consulting and coaching is exactly like it sounds!
I’ll be there with you (M-TH) through thick and thin to ideate, brainstorm, support you, help you make necessary pivots when needed, and hold you accountable to your goals.
This will take place via Voxeer - a free push-to-talk voice mome and texting app.

Submit your work and I’ll review it with a critical eye! I’ll suggest changes and help you refine your website, sales sequences, launch campaign - you name it!

Each week you’ll submit a check-in form as part of your homework. This will help you and I spot friction points sooner and help you to stay focused and aligned.

We’ll work as a team to create a unique strategic plan. Then I’ll come alongside you offering education, support, and guidance every step of the way.

My bet is that, because you’re an incredibly ambitious and driven entrepreneur, you’ve thrown together haphazard systems to get the job done. And honestly? I really admire that about you! It’s ABSOLUTELY the right call to simply gain momentum in your business when you start!

Your messaging, in short, is not just WHAT you’re saying to your audience, but how. We’ll work together to clarify both by addressing any mindset blocks, reviewing past client/customer experiences, and then creating a plan for you to LEAN IN to your messaging!

Building out your offering suite is essential. This process will look different for everyone based on their unique business model. We’ll assess if the model you’ve built is working for you, what needs to shift, and refine each offering so that it helps you to fully live out your owner’s intent and best serve your people and family!

Let’s be real, sometimes we just need to work through the lies or limiting beliefs we’ve held so very tightly to. I’m here for that too! I may not have the answers for you, but I absolutely do know that one who does. In every single offering I take a discipleship-first approach, because when your work is not done in step with God, well, it’s just not going to go well for anyone.

We’ll hop on a quick, 20-minute coffee chat kinda call! We’ll talk life, and business, and get to know each other a bit. You can use this time to ask me ALLLLL your questions about the percolator - because it’s so important to me that this program is coming to you at the right time in your life.

During your discovery call, we’ll create a high-level plan on how we’ll move forward. This won't be the detailed plan we'll create in our first session, but more of a birds eye view so we can get to work asap once your contract begins!
STEP THREE
I’ll Help You Implement Your Action Plan
After the call, if we both deem this a right fit, I’ll send you all the enrollment paperwork! It’s simple but necessary. A contract, invoice, and information about our first session starting in March 2025.
Then? We CELEBRATE and get to work!
During our first session, we’ll develop a strategic action plan, and identity KPIs and DAIs. Come prepared with your offering list and be ready to get to work!
